23 for Divine Me?

It’s a health challenge–focusing on mind, body, and spirit–taken one month at a time.

2023 is my year to truly take my health into my own hands. For too long I have let anxiety and excuses keep me from embracing my healthy divine self. Not anymore. I want to feel good in my mind, body, and spirit, not just look good in my jeans.

I invite anyone who wants to join me to take this challenge one month at a time, because “step by step” really works. Let’s not get overwhelmed with an entire year. Let’s just focus on the next 28 days.

HEART CHAKRA

This month’s challenge focuses on love and opening the heart chakra.

The heart chakra is all about self-love and connecting to self.

The heart chakra sits in the center of the chest and is the connection between our physical and spiritual selves—or the lower and higher chakras. When the heart chakra is in balance, we feel more connected to ourselves, can better experience joy, and better love and accept ourselves.

I invite you to join me this month in connecting with and balancing the heart chakra and cultivating self-love.

CHALLENGE GUIDELINES

MIND

Read 10 pages of a book you will love.
Practice daily self-love with “I love” affirmations.

BODY

Exercise every day—at least 15 minutes.
Fall in love with food the right way.
Drink 1 gallon of water daily
